Description

The Clearing explores the simple act of making space.

A burning bundle is held against darkness, its smoke briefly illuminated as it rises and disappears. I was drawn to the contrast between the weight and texture of the object and the impermanence of the smoke — one held firmly, the other impossible to contain.

There is ritual here, but also something very human: the decision to let something end, clear the space, and move forward.

The finish is 3mm museum-grade Plexiglass for optimal protection. It is lighter than glass, shields your artwork from UV damage, and offers the added benefit of being shatterproof.

Giclée Printing

The fine art prints are presented on a 310gsm 100% Cotton Rag. They are museum archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. In addition, they are fitted with a wire and ready to hang right out of the box.
